Frequently Asked Questions
What is one Ropilot Action?
One Ropilot Action is one single action your model takes in Roblox Studio—like reading a script, creating an instance, or running Lua code. Building one full feature typically uses ~80 actions.
What is one full feature?
Feature estimates assume typical complexity (~80 Ropilot Actions per feature). Actual results vary based on what you're building. Free gets 250 actions/month, Light gets 6,750, Pro gets 22,500, Max gets 168,750. Unused actions roll over.
Does this include AI costs?
Ropilot works with Claude Code and Codex. You subscribe to those separately through Anthropic or OpenAI, and Ropilot subscriptions do not include AI inference.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from the Dashboard by clicking Manage Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and crypto may also be available depending on your region.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We offer a free tier with 250 Ropilot Actions/month—try Ropilot risk-free before upgrading to a paid plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get your new plan's full monthly actions immediately and only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Can I run multiple instances?
Free and Light include 1 concurrent instance. Pro includes 2, and Max includes 5 for teams or multi-project workflows.
