Feature estimates assume typical complexity (~80 actions per feature). Actual results vary. Free is 500 / mo, Starter 6,750, Pro 22,500, Max 168,750. Unused actions roll over.

Does this include AI costs?

With Ropilot AI, yes — Ropilot Credits are one all-inclusive unit covering both the AI and your Studio actions, so no separate ChatGPT or Claude plan is needed. If you’d rather use your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription, you subscribe separately through Anthropic or OpenAI, and Ropilot Actions cover your Studio usage.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Dashboard via Manage Subscription. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and crypto may be available depending on region.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds. The free tier gives 500 actions per month so you can evaluate Ropilot before upgrading.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Upgrade anytime — you get the new plan’s full monthly actions immediately and pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Can I run multiple instances?

Free and Starter include 1 concurrent instance. Pro includes 2. Max includes 5 for teams or multi-project workflows.
