2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ropilot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

Ropilot is an AI-powered software-as-a-service platform that enables users to build Roblox games by describing what they want in plain English.

Action System

Ropilot uses a credit-based system called "Ropilot Actions." Each action represents an AI-assisted operation performed within the Service. Actions are consumed as you use the Service and do not expire during an active billing cycle.

4. Accounts & Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older.

For users under the age of 16 within the European Union, parental or legal guardian consent must be obtained in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Users aged 13–17 confirm that such consent has been obtained.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the activity of minors using their account.

The Service is not intended for children under 13.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing, Currency & Taxes

• Ropilot offers monthly subscription plans with varying action allocations.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices are displayed in USD.
• Final charges may vary due to currency conversion applied by the payment provider.
• For EU consumers, VAT is applied according to the user's country of residence where required by law.
• Payments are processed via Stripe.

6. Ropilot Actions (Credits)

• Actions are granted according to the selected subscription plan.
• New actions are added to your account each billing cycle.
• Unused actions roll over and accumulate with newly granted actions, up to the plan's rollover cap.
• Actions are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan includes 250 Ropilot Actions per month.

Ropilot may modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time.

8. User Content, Prompts & Generated Outputs

Definitions

Prompt means any text or other input submitted by a user to the Service.

Output means any code, scripts, or other content generated by the Service in response to a Prompt.

User Responsibility & Rights in Prompts

Users retain all rights, title, and interest in their Prompts.

By submitting a Prompt, you represent and warrant that you own the Prompt or otherwise have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to submit and use it with the Service, and that such submission and use does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Rights in Outputs

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Ropilot grants users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Outputs for lawful purposes.

Outputs are generated automatically and are not unique. Similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Outputs to the user beyond the licence expressly granted in this section.

Licence Granted to Ropilot

To the extent necessary to operate the Service, you grant Ropilot a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• process Prompts and Outputs to provide the Service;
• store Prompts, Outputs, and Game Structure for account functionality, security, service operation, and product improvement;
• display Outputs within the Service; and
• enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

This licence is strictly limited to providing, maintaining, and improving the Service and related products and services, including training ML models, and does not grant Ropilot ownership of user content.

Opting Out of AI Training

You may opt out of having your Prompts, Outputs, and Game Structure used for ML model training via your Ropilot Dashboard Settings, the Ropilot plugin in Roblox Studio, or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out does not affect the licence granted to Ropilot for providing, operating, and maintaining the Service; it only restricts the use of your content for training ML models.

AI Limitations

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence and automated code generation:

• Outputs may contain errors, bugs, or unexpected behavior;
• Ropilot does not guarantee that Outputs are production-ready or free from defects; and
• Ropilot does not review Outputs for compliance with intellectual property laws.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring that any Outputs are suitable for their intended use.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate, request, or distribute content that includes or promotes:

• Sexual or pornographic content
• Any sexual content involving minors
• Violence, graphic harm, or threats
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Instructions for illegal activity or wrongdoing
• Malicious code, exploits, or security vulnerabilities intended to harm others
• Impersonation or real-person likeness
• Attempts to circumvent safeguards, filters, usage limits, or pricing mechanisms

Ropilot may block generations, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Access the Service in order to benchmark or monitor its availability, performance, or functionality for competitive purposes
• Resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer access to the Service without prior written consent

10. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (EU Digital Content)

Digital Content Notice

By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once digital content is delivered.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if no actions have been used
• No refunds once any action is used
• No partial refunds
• Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed
• Approved refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees

11. AI Disclaimer

• Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence.
• Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or suitable for any purpose.
• Ropilot does not guarantee that generated code will function correctly in all environments.

12. Roblox Disclaimer

Ropilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Roblox Corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

13. Service Availability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• No uptime guarantee or SLA is provided.
• Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

14. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and API keys, and all activity under their account.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ropilot shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from:

• willful misconduct
• gross negligence
• personal injury
• or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

16. Termination

Ropilot may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without notice or refund.

17. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights granted under the laws of the user's country of residence.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence where required by law.

19. Changes to These Terms

Ropilot may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
